Have
you ever had sex with anyone who is HIV positive?

you ever shared needles or syringes to inject drugs?

If
you are male, have you ever had sex with other males without using a condom?

Have
you ever had sex with anyone who would answer yes to any of the first 3
questions?

Have
you had sex with someone other than one faithful partner without using a
condom?

If
you answered yes to any of these questions, you are at some risk.

Your
risk is increased if you answered yes to more than one question, and if you
engage in any of these activities frequently.
