Eligibility
Children birth –18 years of age that meet the requirement of the Vaccine for Children Program.  Children are eligible if they are on a Medical card , have no health insurance, or health insurance that does not pay for vaccines. There is no income limit.  Adult vaccines are available for the cost of the vaccine plus administration fee.

Cost:
Administration fee of $10.00 per immunization. IDPA medical card pays for children’s immunizations. Adult Hepatitis B is currently $32 per dose, Influenza $6 per dose and Pneumococcal $15 per dose. Influenza and Pneumococcal vaccine are billed to Medicare if a card is presented.  Out of county residents are charged a $10.00 out of county fee per immunization.  Fee for Influenza and Pneumonia vaccines varies each sesaon.

 
Tuesday - 1:30-4:30 p.m. (for children birth-24 months of age by appointment)
Wednesday - 1:30-4:00 p.m. (for birth-adults walk-in clinic no appointments taken)
Saturday - 8:00a.m.-11:30 a.m. (for children birth –24 months of age that are unable to come to other clinics due to parents working or attending schools By appointment only on the first and third Saturday of each month).
