Communicable Disease

The Communicable Disease Program promotes optimal health among Macon County residents by preventing and controlling the spread of communicable diseases. We conduct investigations for those diseases reportable to the Illinois Department of Public Health including, but not limited to: Hepatitis A, B, and C.
