Health
Works provides medical case management to children who are in the custody of
DCFS. Health Works works with the DCFS case worker and the Foster Parent to
ensure that the children in custody are receiving appropriate medical care.
Macon
County Lead Agency covers 8 counties: Clark, Coles, Cumberland, Douglas, Edgar,
Macon, Moultrie and Shelby County. There is a medical case manager in each
county that covers the children age birth through 5 and the Macon County Lead
Agency covers all children 6 - 21years of ages in all 8 counties.

meeting that are free and open to the public. This would be a
