Starting Point is currently serving clients by phone, curbside, or in-person. Hours will be 7:00 until 4:30, Monday through Friday. Please call 217-423-6550.

Starting Point is the county’s Aging and Disability Resource Center that helps local residents access long-term support systems such as housing, transportation, in-home services, health insurance, and Medicare. Along with other senior agencies, Starting Point is a consumer-centered coordinated point of entry into the long-term care support systems that serve older persons (60 years old and over) and adults with disabilities (age 18 years and older) and their families.
